OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, source code, design elements, visual interfaces, graphics, templates, and underlying software (collectively, the "Official Version") provided on Nirav Codes are the exclusive property of Nirav Codes. All rights, title, and interest in and to the site, including all intellectual property rights, remain the sole and exclusive property of the owner. No transfer of ownership is granted to any user or third party.
LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and interact with this website for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the site's source code, design, or intellectual property.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, site structure, or design assets. You may not claim ownership of any design elements, templates, or the Official Version of the platform. Any attempt to do so constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
UNAUTHORIZED USE
Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or modification of the site's proprietary assets constitutes a violation of these Terms and may lead to legal action to protect the owner's intellectual property rights. This includes, but is not limited to, cloning the site's design, copying code, or rebranding the Official Version as your own.
PROJECT DELIVERABLES
For commissioned website projects ordered through Nirav Codes, the client receives a license to use the delivered website for their business purposes. The underlying code, design templates, and reusable components remain the intellectual property of Nirav Codes unless a separate ownership agreement is explicitly negotiated and documented in writing.
THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
Product images, benchmarks, and specifications displayed in the hardware storefront are sourced from respective manufacturers and retailers. These are used for informational purposes and remain the property of their respective owners. Nirav Codes does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or product imagery.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nirav Codes shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the site or its content.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Personal data submitted through accounts, orders, support tickets, warranty claims and the GDPR request form is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Where the GDPR applies, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Requests can be submitted from the GDPR request page or by email to nirav2bus@gmail.com.
COOKIES AND CONSENT
Only storage needed for the site to function is active by default. Optional categories — functional, analytics, marketing and social media — start switched off and are activated only after you accept them. Your choice is recorded in your browser, can be changed or withdrawn at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer, and the cookie categories and lifetime of each entry are listed in the Cookie Policy.

Nirav Codes reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
