PRIVACY POLICY
What personal data this website collects, why it collects it, who it is shared with, and the control you have over it.
LAST UPDATED: 5 November 2026
01 · WHO IS RESPONSIBLE
Nirav Codes (this website: niravcode.com) is the controller of personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, write to nirav2bus@gmail.com.
This policy covers the portfolio, hardware storefront, customer portal, editorial blog, internal dashboards and the browser game published on this site.
02 · WHAT WE COLLECT
We only collect what the features you use actually need:
- ▸Account data — your name, email address, account role and authentication records when you register or sign in with email or a social provider.
- ▸Order and delivery data — products ordered, quantities, order totals, delivery and billing addresses, recipient name and phone number.
- ▸Payment data — card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive payment status and transaction identifiers; we never receive or store full card numbers.
- ▸Support and warranty data — ticket subjects, categories, messages, claim descriptions and related order references.
- ▸Portal lists — wishlist, comparison and recently viewed products linked to your account.
- ▸Blog interactions — comments and likes, associated with your account.
- ▸Game records — the public call-sign you choose and run statistics if you play the game.
- ▸Consent records — which cookie categories you accepted or rejected, and when.
- ▸Technical data — IP address, browser type and timestamps in the logs of the hosting provider that serves this site.
03 · WHY WE USE IT AND ON WHAT BASIS
- ▸Performance of a contract — creating your account, fulfilling orders, handling warranty claims and support tickets.
- ▸Consent — non-essential cookies and optional analytics (see the Cookie Policy). You can withdraw this at any time.
- ▸Legitimate interests — keeping the site secure, preventing fraud and abuse, and understanding aggregate usage so the site keeps working.
- ▸Legal obligation — retaining order and accounting records where tax and consumer law requires it.
04 · COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE
We use a small number of first-party cookies and browser storage entries: the session that keeps you signed in, your language choice, your cookie decision, interface preferences and — only if you allow it — analytics events. Full detail, including each storage key, is in the Cookie Policy.
05 · WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising. Data is shared only with service providers that make the site work:
- ▸Base44 — application hosting, database, authentication, transactional email and AI features used by the support assistant.
- ▸Stripe — payment processing and payment status for storefront orders.
- ▸Google — web fonts loaded from Google's font service, and Google sign-in if you choose that login option.
- ▸Image and media delivery hosts that serve product photography and site artwork.
06 · INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers have in place. Write to us if you want information about the mechanism that applies to a specific provider.
07 · HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
- ▸Account and profile data — while your account is active, then deleted or anonymised on request.
- ▸Orders, invoices and warranty records — for the period required by accounting and consumer-protection law.
- ▸Support tickets and claims — until resolved, then for a limited period so we can refer back to them.
- ▸Cookie consent records — until you clear your browser storage or change your choice.
- ▸Hosting logs — for the short retention window of the hosting provider.
08 · YOUR RIGHTS
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time without affecting processing that happened before it.
Use the GDPR request page to submit a request, or email nirav2bus@gmail.com. We may ask for proof of identity before acting on a request, and we respond within one month, extendable where a request is complex.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) — or with the authority in your country of residence.
09 · SECURITY
Access to stored data is restricted at the database level so that one customer cannot read another's orders, addresses, tickets or claims. Administrative access is limited to the site operator. Data travels over encrypted connections.
10 · AUTOMATED DECISIONS
We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you by automated means, and we do not build advertising profiles of visitors.
11 · CHILDREN
The site is intended for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
12 · CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
When the way the site handles data changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes. Material changes will be announced on the site.
